Ever have one of those nights where you wake up and you have no clue where you are? I haven't had one of those nights in months...last night was different. It is amazing what a good night sleep can do for a person...
Yes, Roark slept just as long and as hard as I did...waking up for his four feedings. He had lost weight In the first couple of days which caused some concern for us (the trigger is 10 percent of the birth weight which he hit). Well with a little change to his feedings he is now up to 8 lbs 6oz.
I'm fully aware I need to relish these nights...but quite honestly I'm relishing everything this little bar of gold is teaching me.
